MMA Event Lazy Daze Style February 01, 2021, 03:36:34 pm So I took advantage of the pleasant weather we've had here in Colorado. Stripped the beds to wash all the bedding in my LD.How quickly one forgets what a pain making them can be! Even with Beddys bedding on them! Bedding all clean I headed back out to my husbands shop where he graciously provided me with indoor parking! He totally gets the "Happy Wife Happy Life" phrase! With freshly washed and folded beddys in hand. I managed to wrangle the dogs inside the shop and into "Ophelia" with me. FYI cheese wrappers and keys put my dogs on instant alert! There is just no way to avoid them! Believe me when I say I have tried! Running water while opening cheese, loud noises to distract them when grabbing keys! And going into Ophelia solo is entirely out of the question! Dogs settled I took a deep breath and stepped into the former bedroom, that from today on will be called "The Cage" or "The Ring".Soon it was a full-on MMA Event! I I pushed, I pulled, I tugged, I tossed, I landed on my "Asset" and cussed as all former educators do! Forty-five minutes later, victory was finally mine! As Ron B. knows, there are lots of immigrant families in the neighborhood. I put my own kids in the school and it was like being in the United Nations. It was fun.When asked by students how many languages I speak fluently, I told them "Two."When asked which languages, I told them "English and Profanity."They also asked if I took drugs when I was in high school and I always said "I don't remember."Harold 6 Likes
