Infinity woven vinyl flooring
Apologies in advance for not providing a detailed report on this flooring repair & replacement. Not only did I pay someone to do the job, I also asked my cousin to supervise the entire process. I can "report" that it took roughly a day for a professional to repair water damage in the sub-floor near the galley and another day to install the vinyl.

I did select the flooring material. I wanted something that had a bit more cushion than ordinary linoleum. I also liked that this material (originally marketed to the boating industry) had some texture that I thought would feel nice on bare feet.

I've attached a photo of the vinyl before installation. I'll copy a link to a short before/after video of the floor. Hope it works.

Being woven, will water and other fluids pass through it?

JMO, but I would want to be very sure of two points before installing this material over a strandboard/plywood subfloor. 1) Is the material impermeable to water and/or any other fluid? (Not "resistant", but waterproof) And, 2) How "cleanable" is the nubby woven surface? Will dirt and crud embed in the weave?

If the material is not waterproof, how would the subfloor be protected from moisture/water seeping through?  And, if the woven material traps dirt, is there a plan for cleaning the floor?

YMMV, as always.

Did a quick search, it's marketed heavily to the boating industry.  Did find a thread with some cross-section photos over on Airforums

I looked at this material when I was planning on changing my floor.  But I couldnt see an easy way to keep it clean.  Plus the price was very high.
