Repairing, maintaining, and upgrading a 2011 27' Mid Bath (long)
Posting this list of significant maintenance, repairs, and upgrades over the past 2 1/2 years for visitors to this forum who are considering jumping into RVing for the first time.  And maybe for the amusement of some long-time LD owners.

My wife and I took the plunge in June, 2017.  We bought a well-cared-for 2011 27' Mid Bath.  We have very much enjoyed our time in Sidra, and as LD owners on this forum well know, maintaining, repairing, and upgrading an RV, even a well built one, takes considerable time and money.

Here is a list of what we've done.  Not included are routine truck and system maintenance and most small, common repairs, such as to door handles, blinds, shrouds, etc.

Significant maintenance and repairs

Dec-20    Replaced original, 9-year-old Dometic refrigerator (DM 2662 with DM 2672).  Ammonia refrigerant leaking.
Dec-20    Repaired a slow propane leak found on one side of an elbow connector located in the run under the carriage.  Probably had been leaking for years!
Oct-20     Replaced prematurely failing engine battery (battery should have been placed on a trickle charger)
Jan-20      Repaired two full-width end cap cracks with aluminum strips and sealant
June-19    Replaced deteriorated caulking at the four end-cap joints on the roof
Mar-19    Replaced the gray tank dump valve (preemptive)
Dec-18     Replaced burned out range hood exhaust fan
Dec-18     Replaced aged-out smoke and CO2 detector; added an ionization smoke detector in the salon
Nov-18     Replaced leaking propane tank shutoff valve and regulator (failed valve stem packing)
Oct-18      Replaced aged out and failing propane detector
Oct-18      Replaced failing black tank dump valve
Sep-18     Repaired leaky tire valve stem. Big-O Tires in Jackson, WY tightened the left inner dually valve stem backing nut
Sep-18     Due to water intrusion, flushed and replaced ATF in right rear Big Foot leveler pump ATF reservoir.
Aug-18    Repaired intermittent failure in the 12v switch for the TV (bad factory crimp splice)
June-18    The factory adjusted the coach door to properly close (door was twisted)
May-18    Renewed the exterior sealant at the top of the bathroom window and stove vent
May-18    Replaced a leaky rear seal in the transmission extension housing
Apr-18     Full suspension, steering, and alignment evaluation and adjustment
Apr-18     New tires, including spare (one replaced tire had a near catastrophic failure at age 4 1/2)

Upgrades
Dec-20    Installed Balmar SG200 battery monitor
June-20   Installed propane line with shutoff valve and quick disconnect to service Wave 6 catalytic heater
Jan-19    Replaced bathroom faucet
Apr-19    Installed Progressive Industries EMS-HW30C power conditioner after the ATS
Nov-18   Converted all interior light fixtures to LED
Oct-18    Installed 12V fan in dinette area (Caframo Sirocco)
Sep-18    Replaced stock basement compartment CH751 locks with tubular cam locks
Aug-18    Added WeBoost cell signal booster
Sep-17    Added SeeLevel tank monitoring system
Sep-17    Added Tire Man valve stems
Sep-17    Added EezTire TPMS
Aug-17    Added water filtration system

Coming up
Replace dying 5-year-old house batteries
Replace toilet seals and water valve
Replace leaky kitchen faucet
Roof reseal
Replace water pump and add before/after shutoff valves (preemptive)

And one could also contemplate the list of maintenance, repairs, and upgrades for driver and passengers (2 and 4 legged) over the same timeframe for comparison.  ;)

Your list looks like that of any conscientious LD owner who keeps their rig in good condition and wants a few upgrades.
It another bit of information that shows RVing is not a cheap and easy lifestyle.

An RV project is like an Information Technology  project.
The first 90% of the project takes the first 90 % of the resources (time/money/etc)
The rest of the project takes the other 90% of the resources.
Unlike an IT project,  the RV project works at the end.
