The 22’ TK has the sink inside the shower but not the toilet.Overall, it does look pretty good in the photos but that can be deceiving. There are numerous “gotchas” associated with a 35 year old motorhome. It needs to be inspected thoroughly for water damage to start. I would have a good mechanic do an inspection of the engine, tranny, brakes, etc. Have an RV tech inspect the appliances unless you have the necessary knowledge and skill to do so. No doubt you will need to put some serious cash into it, either right away or soon, so account for that. Love the color! 🙂Good luck!

I don’t know if LD ever had that in their RV’s so I would ask about that.
