Just curious - what is the history of floor models being available?  If someone wants to buy a floor model, are they told they'll have to order?  Nice to have them there but are they necessary?    Frank

The floor models are usually sold toward the end of the production year.  Expect a long wait and a lot of competition.
With the limited production, LD normally only has two or three floor models at any time.
If you want a new one, it’s best to get your name on the waiting list.

When talking with Todd much earlier (possibly Jan.) this year he said the first priority was to build some showroom models on the new 2021 chassis. Then they were to start on our unit. Things may have changed but mine will be ready around Labor Day.
How long were you on the list? I am up to 14 months.
On build list

I went on the waiting list January 2019 and received the order form late December and submitted it with a deposit early January 2020. I specifically requested a 2021 chassis.
