Replaced Whisper King water pump with Revolution 4008
During our two week trip a month ago we noticed water on the carpet. All the fittings where dry around the pump. I had to unbolt the pump to feel under it. That is when I felt water. It has a leak between the seams.  I was able to get a Revolution 4008 from Camping World 20 minutes away from the house for $93.00.
The Revolution does seem quieter.
My Whisper King has a manufacture date of 6/99 on it. Not bad. Maybe I will take it apart and see if I can replace the seals and keep it as a spare.

The old Whisper King pumps were well built and very long lasting, The Revolution 4008 also seems to be a good pump, it pumps more gallons per minute than the Whisper Kings. If water got into the motor, forget about trying to reseal it.

Hi Larry, what would you recommend to replace whisper king, I still have the original.
Thanks!

I run a Revolution 4008 in our 2003 FL. It should work fine in your 2003. MB. It will require remounting the pump and adjusting the lengths of the hoses.
If your original pump is still working, it might be a good idea to change it before it dies, it's easier to change a pump on your schedule instead of when you are on the road, on a Saturday night, far away from a new pump.

My hoses matched up. The screw holes were closer together but it was easy for me to screw the wood screws in.  Other than laying on the floor trying to use two hands at times, it was an easy job.
