Ordering an new Lazy Daze September 04, 2020, 05:24:07 pm Got a text from Todd a few days ago that it was "time" to place our order for a new Lazy Daze. So, just for information for those considering this process.....Our name went on his list in June 2019, so it was 14 months before we got the call. It would then take, I assume, a year or so to produce the RV. Meaning about 2 years from start to finish. The only reason I got from Todd was a delay from Ford in delivering new chassis units. Guess that's understandable since Ford changed the engine, etc. Our current Lazy Daze is a 2008 MB which has had many upgrades and improvements the most recent being several thousand $$$ for HWH levelers. So, it was with a heavy heart that I informed Todd that, given our current conditions, now was just not a good time to order a new RV. He did tell me the showroom and store would (hopefully) open early next year. Hope this info is helpful to some and Happy Trails to all! Gale Wilson 3 Likes
