It comes in two tubes and needs to be mixed before using.It is a specialized adhesive made for bonding to polypropylene and polyethylene, both tough materials to glue.For resealing, I see no advantage of using it over a one-part polyurethane, a product already known to work well.What do you want to use it for? For application on any surface, proper preparation is essential for long-term success, no matter what the adhesive is.Larry
