The lazy daze companion, printable format?
Does " The Lazy Daze Companion" come in a printable format?
If  a printable version is available, I would be interest.
Thank you, Kimberley

I don't think Don set it up that way.  If you need a printable version, I think you will have to download each article, then print that article to PDF, then join all the articles together in one large PDF file.  Doing so, you are likely to lose some, if not all, of the links that Don put in there.

To be honest, I never gave a thought to have The Companion printable. It sounds like a good idea, but it's 10 years too late.
As to the links, I protest. I never wanted external links as they would need constant checking to be up to date. Contributors did not see it that way. I regret that many links are dead, but I am also about dead and the last surviving author of The Companion.

Don, we continue to be grateful for your hard work associated with The Lazy Daze Companion. It will be relevant for years to come - lots of basic LD tips and information there.

I'm pretty sure you are not "just about dead" although current confinement might drive us all to that end. Be well.

I agree that embedded links don't necessarily remain "live", or even timely or accurate, but I would think that those reading articles in The Companion would realize that very little remains static, and that information, products, techniques, applications, etc., change and develop at a pretty fast clip. Finding a dead or irrelevant link in an article would seem to suggest that using the material in an article, but continuing one's own research, would be advisable.

In other words, use the resource as "a guide, not gospel".

YMMV, as always.
