Consistency iOS app for repeating tasks
This is a review of Sciral Consistency, an iOS app for repeating tasks.  It uses color extensively, so if you can't distinguish at least red from blue, it probably isn't for you.

Consistency is for tasks with two properties: they repeat every n days, and the next repeat should be scheduled n days after the task is completed (not n days after the task becomes due).

For example, I want to check the toad's oil every 3 weeks.  If the check becomes due May 1 but I don't actually get to it until May 3, I want the next check to be on May 24.

On Android I used the excellent Pimlical for this, but when I switched to an iPhone I couldn't find anything to do the job until I recently stumbled on Consistency, which does exactly what I've described.

The time between tasks can optionally be a range, e.g. check the oil every 21-24 days.

It's also possible to use Consistency just to keep track of tasks without specifying a repeat, for example I could check off each time I fill the fresh water tank, then easily see how many days ago I last filled it.

There's good built-in help.
