2005 26.5 MidBath Renovation Video Series
My wife and I have spent the last few months renovating our new to us 2005 26.5 MB. The video series is slowly releasing but we are actually moving into it today  8)  YouTube is always behind as we have to edit and release the videos after we film them. We are very happy with how everything has turned out.

Here's what we've done to it in no certain order:
Redone Roof Seals
New Vent Fans
New Roof A/C
Painted Interior
New Floors
New Rear Couches
New Dinette
New Light Fixtures
New Toilet
I also made a few items that all match, new dinette table, bathroom counter top, shelf beside & behind passenger side couch
New Mattress
Removed bathroom mirror and replaced with medicine cabinet
New bathroom sink
New faucets in shower, bathroom, and kitchen
New drawer handles & knobs

Plus I installed a solar system which includes four 200 watt solar panels, four 100 ah Battle Born Lithium batteries, and all our components on Victron and networked to a Victron Color GX monitor. The Inverter is a Victron Multiplus 3000/24, Solar Charge Controller is Victron MPPT 100/30, Victron BMV-712 battery monitor, Victron Distribution System aka fuse holder, Victron 24 DC to 12 DC Step Down Converter.

Aka 800 watts of solar, with 400 amp hour usable battery bank (at 12v but for us it is 200ah at 24v), 3000 watt hybrid inverter

When installing the solar system we opted to remove the propane generator and plumb our two propane tanks together (we have diesel chassis). We never used our generator on our last RVs after over a year on the road. So we decided to save the weight. I also removed the transfer switch and factory converter, again weight savings to balance for solar. I also installed a relay on the 120v cord to the fridge which is controlled by the new inverter. If the batteries are less than 75% full then the relay kills the power to the fridge which is set to auto and swaps to propane on its own. Then when it is above 85% or we have shore power it turns the 120v power back on to the fridge.

We are very happy with how it all turned out and the last few videos will be coming out soon of the renovations (new video once a week).

I enjoy watching your videos and like what you have done.  With so very many YouTube channels on RVing I believe you guys are the only ones with a Lazy Daze.  Really looking forward to seeing some of your travels in your new  home.  Great job and thanks.
