Converting fluorescent to LED
On the overhead fluorescent, I am converting to LED bulbs. Does the blue wire plug into the red or white? It’s not clear for me

What blue wire? What LED "bulbs" are you using?  People have taken several approaches to upgrade their fluorescent fixtures. The ballast for the fluorescent tubes is either disconnected or even removed and the LED lights connected to the 12V circuit coming into the fixture.  It is not clear where the switch for the light is in your rig (in our LD it was part of the light fixture).

Unsure on your switch location too but the red and blue on one end of the fixture go to the white wire  and the red and blue on the other end go to the switched wire. remove all wires from the ballast they are usually pop riveted to the fixture so just leave the ballast where it is
