Owners in the Los Angeles area.
Hello. Just got on the list at Montclair. Long wait. Todd said 12-18 mo. I'm estimating 9-12. Not 100% sure on the floorpan to chose. I really, really like the open floor plan of the 24' Front Dinette and the 27' Rear Bath. However, Todd says that the 24' TK and the 27' MB outsell the others disproportionately. Something important when thinking about resale. They only had the TK and the MB on display. And it appears that's all they ever have on display. Does anybody know anyone in the SoCal area or in Phoenix, AZ that has a Front Dinette or a Rear Bath? I would love to be able to take a peek at those floor plans if the opportunity made itself available. Or if you're far from LA and have an opinion on these floor plans, I'd very much welcome your opinion. Thanks-Robert in Calabasas.

If you want the see the whole range of available floor plans, I suggest you head up the coast to Morro Bay this coming weekend where we will be holding our annual GTG. There will be an Open House, on both Friday and Saturday mornings, from 9-11am.
Morro Bay 2019 GTG Reservation time!

I would never consider the resale value when it come to picking an LD floorplan, picks what suits you and your lifestyle..
When the day comes to sell it, if it is in good condition, it will sell quickly, no matter what floorplan it is..
All of them are popular in the resale world.

Thank you for the reassuring remarks. A lot of truth in your words.

Working this weekend. I would go to the event if I wasn't. Do you happen to know where the next gathering may be? And where I may be able to find out about the dates and locations of future events? I just missed the one that happened in Oxnard not too long ago. Thanks.

Dale!!!! I'll take you up on it! As a matter of fact, the wife and I were just up there in Downey doing that same thing. We visited a gentleman that has an Oliver Trailer. They're a small mom and pop type of operation like LD but they're out of Tennessee. They operate similarly to LD. No advertising. No dealer network. They make a pretty neat product. This individual was a volunteer for the factory and showed off his personal trailer when an appointment was made thru the factory in Tennessee. He did it just to be nice. We were very grateful. And in addition to that, we got to visit the original McDonalds that was ever built. Thats right there in your town, as I understand it. My email address is cvgbob@yahoo.com. Kindly send me a greeting so we can set up a date for a visit. My preferred date would be 3/16. However, I have to get yours and the wife's ok on that, hahaha!! We can work out the details later. Many, many thanks!!! Robert

There are people arriving early and staying late at the Morro Bay get together.  I suggest posting something i. This thread to see if anyone will be there when you could get there.
Morro Bay 2018 GTG Schedule

We are staying late but have aTK.

I also recommend getting what you want rather than going the popular route - unless you will use it only occasionally before selling it.  RV are small, finding one enjoyable for you to be in will make a big difference.
