Breaker for Suburban Furnace '84 LD 22TK
hi-
i have power at my furnace, and power at my thermostat, but nothing happens at all. i tried to jump the thermostat and have power to the thermostat on the wall, but that did not work either. is there a breaker for the furnace? thre is nothing in my control center for the furnace when i look at the breakers and fuses. maybe i am missing something simple like a fuse or relay.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks in advance,

The furnace is 12V, so it is on a fused circuit. You say there is power to it, so I assume that means you have measured 12V at the wires that attach to the unit. If that is the case, you will have to pull it out to check the circuit board - there may be another fuse there. The propane line should have a valve at the furnace you can turn off before disconnecting.

Nothing happens instantly on the furnace. When the tstat calls for heat there is a delay then the blower motor starts and runs a short purge cycle after which, if  sail switch is made the solid state control board will open the gas valve and ignition hopefully takes place. The board then proves flame and the furnace runs till the stat cycles off. How far does your furnace get? If not at all, check the fuse in the converter and look at the furnace for a fuse. It'll be there somewhere.

I don't believe the furnace's control board has an onboard fuse. The furnace's fuse is in the Power Center's 12-volt side.
Furnace control boards do fail.

Try to jump at the furnace instead of at the thermostat.  See what happens.  If it works, there is a disconnect between thermostat and circuit board on the furnace.  Bad wire, bad fuse, etc.
