The GVWR of the 24' was 14050 pounds with the V-8 engine and not a V-10; the GVWR of the 24' with the V-10 engine was 14500 (2008). Since the 2008 model year, all E-450 chassis have a 14500 pound GVWR. (Again, as far as I know.)
