How to see a Lazy Daze
Have been traveling full time in a 40’ coach. Now building a casita in the RGV and are high on the list for a lease lot at the Escapees park near Port Townsend. Still will want to travel but downsizing seems like a good idea. Lazy Daze is number one on our list of options but really hard to find some to see in person.

Will be traveling from RGV to Port Townsend in the Spring and can stop in Montclair to visit the factory. However, posts on this board indicate there might not be much to look at.

Any gatherings in the West this Winter or Spring where we might see some? Would be particularly interested in the 27’ mid bath.

Many thanks

The LDO gathering at Morro Bay State Park, on the central coast of California, March 8-10 (and before and after) is likely your best bet to see a wide variety of LDs of many vintages and floor plans.

This thread will provide the information needed:

JMO, but I think that a stop at the factory would definitely be a good plan; not only does the factory usually have at least two models on the floor, but one can look at the "display board" for samples of colors, current upholstery, etc., and ask questions of Todd and Vince, and maybe Steve, if he's available.

Don't be put off by the "50s time warp" appearance (and some business practices) of the place; LD makes up for slew of decor update fails with its commitment to overall rig build quality.  ;)

My wife and I live inTacoma and have a 24’ Twin King, which has a layout similar to the MB. If you would like to see it, let me know.

Greetings, we have a 2015 27 foot MB which we would be happy to show you. We are in Shoreline, WA which can be on the way to Port Townsend, depending on which way you go. We love our MB and have spent up to 3 months at a time traveling in her so we are very pleased. If you are interested, please let me know when you might be coming and we can see f we can make that work. Cheers, and enjoy the hunt for your Lazy Daze. A visit to the factory is also a great idea. We were there 2 times before we picked up our rig and learned a lot.

Thanks to all who responded. Have sent pm to SilverFox and Raney Ellis.

Morro Bay won’t work for us, direct conflict with casita construction. Quartzite might work. We have our first construction meeting Jan 7, then they have to pull a permit. Could give us time for Quartzite and back before they break ground.

Best way to see an LD is just go look at a few for sale in your general area. It's a good education and what made me want an LD over other premium brands. It's about the windows.
Discuss anything with anyone and disagree agreeably. Always be polite and respectful.

Can I ask, where is the place in the video located in Quartzite -- in relation to I-10, US 95, and the town? I will be going through Quartzite in January and would love to see this place. Thanks!

Thank you, Roger! My late husband loved the flea market at Quartzite but we never went while we were married. I had no idea there was an RV show, too!
