City Water Revisited
I was one of those people reluctant to give up using city water.  We’ve converted to using only LD  water for all the water intrusion safety reasons often mentioned here plus better water pressure many times.   I especially like not messing with water hoses and regulators.

Full-timer Ken Fears once mentioned that always using RV water keeps the water tank fresher.   Since then I’ve noticed some of my RV storage neighbors always use city water while carrying 6-12 month water in their rigs (or longer).  My #1 reason for using coach water/ water pump is for water safety. My #2 reason is the value of fresh water in the tank.

I know this is old news but it might help newer RVers.

Moving water is fresh water.   The chemicals water systems put in the water evaporate in time.  To leave water in a open container is just asking for suffering.
