Front wheel cover got squashed - Kaper II
Managed to squash my front wheel cover and I on checked Amazon and E Bay.  There hundreds of choices but none appear to the exact LD match.  Does anyone know who manufatures them for LD, and where can I buy one.  Thanks people,  I am a first time poster but long time reader of the forum

"Wheel simulator" page:

KII WHEEL SIMULATORS

I suggest calling them to make sure that you get the right wheel cover and any hardware needed to install it.

Agree, call Kaper.    They helped me buy replacement parts with old fashioned talk to a person who cares about getting you the right part kind of service.

One of our front wheel simulators was buggered up when someone tried to take it off (by a midnight auto supply dealer).  I wanted to get a pair but front and rear so they would look the same.  They only sold pairs "Front" and pairs "Rear". The folks were super nice to talk to and work with.  In the end, I picked up a new set of four so they would match.  The old ones had enough patina and age on them that I could not get them to buff up as nice as new.  It likely would not be so noticeable after a year or so but there is a noticeable difference between new and old.  They are made the same and the same quality, the new ones are just very, but very shiny.
