No kidding..since we were not buying thru Scott's we did not check their BBB..(we're just poor folk, or would have paid the $39, if all repaired..hubby said unit was Beautiful..

oops...just saw reply click  at top of page..anyways I'm grateful for all the good advise, and previously all we've learned to make our senior yrs golden..will still keep looking..on a budget ...will keep looking and listening.

Don't feel bad we have all found less than desirable rigs and the best thing was to walk away! 

The 4 or 16 hour round trip is just chalked up to experience!
