There is a Lazy Daze in my yard
In the ‘Life doesn’t always work out as planned’ column, our LD has been in storage for the last 6 months.   We got it out of storage just to clean it, de-winterize it and get an oil change.  My kids love being in the LD again, and we are excited to plan some camping trips.   We are putting it back in storage tomorrow, and most of our trips for probably the next year will most likely be local, but life is definitely better when you have a Lazy Daze around. 💜 :-)

Rebecca,

I feel your pain. I would be lost if our LD wasn’t sitting outside the kitchen window or beneath the pines.

Last October, my brother drove from Colorado to Arizona to purchase a ten year old Jayco Class C. That was that. His DW took it out for a week long journey shortly after that. Since then it’s been in storage and I have been walking him through several upgrades. Hopefully they will get it back on the road soon.

I’m jonesing if I don’t get the rig out once a month for at least a few days. Heading to Zion first thing in the morning...none too soon. 😫

Hang in there. The road is calling...enjoy.

Thanks Kent!  We are just excited at the prospect of getting out again.  The one thought that keeps me smiling is that this LD should last me years and years, and we will get back on the road for another long road trip sometime in the future.  It’s bitter sweet being in it again, but putting it back in storage.    Enjoy your trip!   (Zion is on my list)

And what a lovely yard and home your Lazy Daze is gracing.
