Interesting LD conversation
Well, I'm now almost exactly 1/2 way across the country & have yet to spot my first fellow LD.  However, while filling up in Fruita, CO, the gentleman at the pump behind me came up to talk. Said his father had had 4 LDs beginning with a camper from the 50s. Unfortunately, I didn't have pen & paper so don't remember details  but some of you may remember him  He lived in Henderson NV until his death a couple years ago & it sounded like he was active in LD activities  Am kicking myself for not asking the gentleman to wait til I found my notepad.

Hi Susie. There was a couple that may have fit that description. Andy and Mary Lou Smith. They lived in Henderson until a few years ago. They were members of the Nomads sub group of the Caravan Club. They Followed Jazz Festivals all over the country, and I know they had son's and daughters on the east coast. They had owned a few Lazy Daze's before we met them in the 2001 time frame..   RonB
