Caster and camber ?
Hi,

I'm researching loose steering and came across this old thread discussing the issue, but with Ford truck.

E350/E450 Handling Problems are caused by too little + CASTER

Does anyone here have experience with this on a Chevy? I am wondering if I should mention this to whatever shop I go to?

The biggest handling issues with the Chevy - of that vintage - would be worn steering and suspension parts. These issues should be addressed before alignment. Of top concern, idler arm, Pittman arm, all ball joints, sway bar bushings, shock absorbers. A competent alignment shop can then check alignment.

Thank you!

I guess it was suspension that someone mentioned to me, not the chassis.  I am looking for somewhere to take it....
