Am I Missing Something? February 26, 2018, 02:59:18 pm I contacted Amazon the other day to inquire about linking my Amazon purchases to LDO. I was told that there was no way to insure my purchases would directly benefit LDO unless I went through the Link To Amazon in place on LDO.I currently have the Link buried deep inside my bookmarked threads. A bit cumbersome to drag the link up each time I go onto Amazon. Not impossible, however I find myself making purchases on Amazon “On The Fly” and completely forget to run over to LDO and search through my bookmarks for that ever so important link.Am I missing something? Is the link pinned to the home page somewhere? Is there an easier way to contribute to LDO via my Amazon purchased other than digging up the link? Was I misinformed by the Amazon rep? Wanting to do my part, but forgetful and or lazy. Kent

Reply #1 – February 26, 2018, 03:07:01 pm Kent, the Amazon link to help support LDO is on the home page of the message board; it's the top listing, followed by links to The Companion, Larry's Projects, etc. Just click it; the Amazon site pops up, ready to take your money! Below the picture there are sub banners for "Welcome" "Recent Topics" "Recent Image Attachments""Recent Gallery Images". To the right of each banner is a chevron (PFC stripe?) which is a button to open that banner. Click on the chevron for "Welcome". A tile or space will open with info about the site. Below the welcoming paragraph is a sub-banner title "Helpful Links". The Amazon link is the first link.Hope this is helpful, The process is the same on both my iMac and the iPhone.John

I seldom use my laptop to visit either LDO or Amazon and though John says the links etc are viewable on an iPhone (mine iPhone 7) I see nothing that points me in the direction I want to go. Here’s a screen shot of what I get. Hmmm... Very interesting. Not sure what’s up with that.Kent

If I read on my iPhone 6 or iPad 3, the welcome page banner photo does not show, but the welcome page, including the links, are visible. There are different ‘formats’ for the message board display; I use the default.Maybe Michelle can clarify why the display varies on different devices?
