Roadmaster Reflex stabilizer bar and Anti Sway Bar
I had the above items installed on my 1992 Ford E350. After the installation it drove great. A lot stiffer ride but easier to handle. I eliminated the rock and roll coming in and out of driveways and it handled great on the open road. I drove the unit to California from Idaho to  have Lazy Daze install a new refrigerator. It handled great in the wind and when those big trucks passed. It was much easier for the driver to control. After returning home I noticed when I drove the unit it felt like the front end was vibrating a lot. Is this due to the stabilizer bar and anti sway bar or should I be looking at something else? The unit has approximately 55,000 miles and everything is original except for the tires.

I After returning home I noticed when I drove the unit it felt like the front end was vibrating a lot. Is this due to the stabilizer bar and anti sway bar or should I be looking at something else? The unit has approximately 55,000 miles and everything is original except for the tires.

The E350 has la much lighter suspension than the E450, even lacking a stock rear sway bar.
My brother owned an 2005 24' Winnie, on the E350 chassis, and it handled poorly.
We added the same sways bars as you and it did make a big difference in handling.

I doubt the sway bars are leading to vibrations.
The vibration could be caused by many things, you should have your mechanic or a front end shop take a look.
Possible causes. Out of balance tire, a worn out shock(s),  blown upper shock bushing, loose tie-rod or some other loose item.
At 55,000 miles, the steering stabilizer is probably worn out.
Blown upper shocks bushings, on the front end, are very common, especially on the drivers' side.

While totally NOT a qualified respondent, when my rig's front end started vibrating, then REALLY vibrating, it was caused by my front tires wearing badly on the outside edges. Turned out that the front end (98 IB) needed refurbishing..new sway bars, bushings, tie rods, etc. Had it all redone this summer, and then added new tires [all around]..then got it realigned..drives GREAT now!
