Surge Protector
Hi all,
We are new to this lifestyle and continuing to learn about accessories.  I have read about surge protectors and the need for them at RV parks.  Any suggestions on a good reliable brand.  Appreciate the feedback.

I suggest a hardwired model, eliminating the thief problem that the portable models suffer from.
Install one of these, they have a long track record of dependable performance, plus once installed, it requires nothing from you, it's totally automatic.

No RV should be without one. Most folks will need a tech with a limber body to install one in a LD.

We seldom have hookups, but when we do, it's now rare that the surge protector finds a fault. Campgrounds seem to have corrected problems that were typical 10 years ago. I still would not want to be without one.
