key to water tank input
Does the little door to the water tank input use the same key as the other outside compartments? I just recently purchased my 2004 Lazy Daze and I can't get any of the keys to work in that lock.  All the other compartments and locks work but I can't get any of them to turn in the water door lock.  Any suggestions?  Thanks!

Yes, the 'universal' key that opens all other compartments should open the door to the water tank inlet as well. Give the key slot a squirt of silicone spray. In fact, you are going to find that the 'universal' key opens, not only your compartments, but those of other (SOB) RVs as well.   :o   ::)

Thanks. Now your LD profile is complete.

Regarding the key in question, if I recall, the key to the water tank door goes in upside down from the way the compartment key goes in.

Hi Chris, mine isn't upside down, but does rotate in the opposite direction. Now, I changed out my locks early on, so I must have had a good (I hope!) reason, but it does slow me down once in a while. I have the cylindrical keys now. I didn't want anyone with that universal CH751 key, to have access to my water. I also have a screw in plastic plug on my water drain line, since my valve isn't in a locked compartment.  RonB
