Both the Access Pass and the Senior Pass offer the same perks; i.e., free entrance to federal areas with an entrance fee (such as National Parks), and half-price on some amenity fees (such as campgrounds). 1 Likes

Absolutely, each person of a couple should get one or the other, if qualified! While camping fees are half-price for the card holder and anyone accompanying him or her, there are other amenity fees that the half-price only applies to the card holder...like cave tours at Great Basin National Park. 1 Likes
