Re: Dometic RM2662 Parts List Reply #1 – May 31, 2017, 03:48:43 pm Good find! I have a cracked crisper bin. I called them and the sales rep was very honest about shipping to where I live. They are in OR and I am in VA. She said if I had it shipped to a business (i.e. Camping World or even my friends Austin Healey shop) the shipping rate is lower. I had kind of sort of looked for one when the crack happened calling local shops and CW. Because I did not have the part number I got little joy from the search and gave up. Those bins are not inexpensive by the way. I would just as soon have it shipped to a business (CW) so if it broke in shipment I would have a right of refusal.
Re: Dometic RM2662 Parts List Reply #2 – May 31, 2017, 05:39:20 pm FYIFor anyone replacing an older Dometic refrigerator, strip the interior of the plastic parts, particularly the drawers and door shelves. The old parts will many times will outlast the new one.Dometic has succeeded in building a lighter, cheaper and weaker refrigerator, constructed from inferior materials.Our three year old RM2662 already has a broken drawer and a door shelf.When our twelve year old RM3663 was replaced, a couple years ago, it had no broken interior parts, except for shelf clips.The refrigerator's owners manual also has a list of commonly replaced parts and their part numbers.Larry 3 Likes

I haven't done that in the Lazy Daze (RB) yet, though. I think it was either in our original 1985 22-foot TK, or maybe in the live-aboard behemoth DP that had a 12-foot side-by-side refrigerator.
