The difficulty is that stuff almost always ripens all at once. The vacuum packer, food dehydrator, frozen pies, and jams are our solutions. On our last trip, we finished the last of the died figs, vacuum packed last year.Gotta get the white corn planted this week before the next LD trip. 2 Likes
