'98 23.5 Has not been maintained

1998 Lazy Daze 23.5ft Front Dinette+Bench sofa

She/they have owned it for 4 years. Parked in driveway. She said she has only driven locally. No maintenance since they owned it. Doesn't know how old the tires are. Bought it with a little paperwork. Gen hasn't worked for two years. It's the original. I think she said the fridge doesn't work either. Not sure I understood correctly due to heavy accent. Roof not sealed. Asked about leaks. She didn't know; said she would have to look. I asked if she was flexible about the price because I thought it was priced too high. She never really answered me. Another woman was kind of talking to me in the background. After all my questions, she couldn't hang up fast enough. Ohio ph# via google.

On to the next for me...

Mimi I think you are right. By looking at the pictures it has some body damage on the rear passenger side and the rear bumper is smashed. Also it is pretty faded out from being out in the sun (that may polish up). But with what they disclosed about the generator not working and the fridge not working. The price is way to high.

I hadn't noticed the damage until you mentioned it. Honestly, I think they're flipping it. Maybe they bought it cheap and figured they could make a few dollars selling it after doing nothing to it. It does seem to be priced too high for what it is. I told her I would pay between 10k-12k if everything worked, the inside was clean, the tires were newer, if the roof had been sealed and it had been serviced regularly. Because of her reaction, I got the impression that that might be what they paid. I could be wrong of course, but she wanted to hang up at that point.

So many squirrely conversations makes the normal ones stand out, don't you think?

Mimi I always blow up the pictures and look them over very closely for damage. If the pictures are really good you can see all kinds of stuff. Just like the tires on that one rig you posted. I was able to get brand and size from the pictures.

I will zoom in more often. I got tired of seeing pictures of tv's, carpet, stoves and beds (everything but what I wanted to see) I guess I stopped looking at the details. Thanks for the reminder.☺
