In the 1983 LD vintage, the white paint held up fine, while the colored stripes oxidized and faded within a few years.Along the SoCal coast, we have seen several old LDs painted in unusual patterns usually in an attempt to deal with the faded stripes .Larry

It was spotted at a LD Caravan Club GTG, owned by a Caravan member who has collected a barn full of old LDs, all in good shape.
