Error Message - Can not access Lazy Daze Owners.com when using Firefox
I am hoping top get some help.  Wondering if something has chanced here on this site.  I used to be able to get to Lazy Daze Owners.com using my Firefox browser but recently can not.  I get the following Error Message.    To get around that, I use Safari .

Here is the error message I get when using the Firefox browser:

The website tried to negotiate an inadequate level of security.

Lazy Daze Owners' Forum uses security technology that is outdated and vulnerable to attack. An attacker could easily reveal information which you thought to be safe. The website administrator will need to fix the server first before you can visit the site.

Error code: NS_ERROR_NET_INADEQUATE_SECURITY

That *may* indicate that you are using an older version of the browser (FF < 48 or 49 I think) that does not support modern cipher standards and so it reverts back to an older variant.  Normally that is not a problem if used on a HTTP/1.1 connection but if negotiates a HTTP/2.0 connection and then attempts that cipher , boom your out.

I could remove the old cipher suite but that will break backwards compatibility with some older browsers that are using it correctly.

I ran the site through the SSL security testing/rating and we get an 'A' rating,  so the SSL on the server is  configured properly.

Happychi,

I've been using Firefox without any problems so I think Steve's suggestion of checking FF version is a good one.  The most recent version of FF is 67.0.4 for both macOS and Windows.  You can download the latest FF for macOS here.

I am going to second Jack.  I use Firefox all the time with no problems.  I do keep my browser updated.

Okay, thanks everyone.
My Firefox worked up until a few weeks ago, more or less.
Then one day I started getting the error message.  I just wondered if something changed here.

I do know and have known that my version of Firefox is an older one.  The thing is, so is my MAC. 
The most recent version - FF  67.0.4 won't operate on my tired older MAC.

Just been putting it off; basically I've convinced myself that as soon as I purchase a new MAC the right used Lazy Daze for my wife & me will show up on the market and I will be the cost of a new MAC, short of funds.

...kidding of course.

I do not recall the exact date, but within the last few months the site moved from http ro https   I delayed that change for as long as I could, but it had to be done to keep "new" browsers happy.

If you can update to FF 49 or 50, that should be compatible with the sites security.
