How do I adjust the time zone on posts?

If you go into your profile you can have the forum autodetect your timezone.  From My Account -> Look and Layout -> Time Offset and click "auto detect".  Remember to scroll to the bottom of that page and click "Change Profile".  That will cause the forum to show you everything based on your time zone (not the server's).
