Sticking FF lid when lowering...

I have had this issue over four fans, and when it got so bad I couldn't close one of the lids, I investigated and repaired the problem. I posted a Word file with pictures detailing the repair, which is pretty easy.

Since there may be trouble opening the Word document, I replaced it with a PDF version.
