Lens cover and paralastic

Hey does any one know where to find a replacement lens for the Amber 1.5 in diameter running light on the front of the cab over?  Also been doing some searching on the forum just want to be sure I can use paralastic sealant for touching up areas around end caps and Windows?

Thanks

Kevin-
When I had to replace the front caps in 2013 the factory sold me (along with the caps) several tubes of Loctite PL S40 caulk to use as the sealant. This may be what they are recommending today; you could call them and ask. I ended up buying mine from the local hardware store, because what I got from the factory was a bit "stale" and therefore hard to apply and smooth.

You can find lens replacements (and a lot of other light-related items) on the Bargman site:

Welcome to Bargman Lights

And, many of us have successfully used 3M 5200 "Fast Cure" to seal around windows, end caps, etc. (You may find it at Home Depot, but AFAIK, it's available there only in the 3 oz. tube.)

Note that the product comes in different sizes; it does cure quickly and the unused portion stiffens in the tube, so buy the appropriate size. Thorough cleaning and surface prep are critical, and masking off the area to be sealed will produce a neater job.

I just replaced a couple originals with the exact same unit, a Peterson light, which I found at the first place I looked, my local auto parts store.  These are common lights for trailers. I used Big Stretch sealant because I had some left over from another job, and bought it based on recommendations here or at the Lazy Daze Companion.  The sealant seals and compliments the two screws that hold in the lights.

So I found some replacement peterson lights at finditparts.com I am going to replace the whole assembly on a few of them because the bulb holder is just worn out.  So should I use big stretch to seal the screws and wires to prevent moisture.
