I know there are a lot of you, myself included, who are "almost" willing to spend lots of money towards an expensive inverter just so you can use your Keurig when boondocking.  I'm thrilled to share with you my new discovery;  a gadget called MyJo by Presto.  I read about it in RVtravel.com in this week's issue and immediately ordered it from Amazon ($12.77).  It was delivered today.  I just made a cup to test it out.  The coffee was great!  There are reviews about this product on YouTube if you want to see it in action.  Granted, it takes a little more effort than just pressing the button but it's soooo worth it!

Can refillable cups be used in this?
Ted,

It appears to come with a refillable cup.

See here:

Walmart has them too.  But, not all reviews are positive and I have no personal experience with one.

Yes, it does come with a refillable cup.  So far, I've only made 2 cups, just to test it out, but both my husband and I are happy with the result and looking forward to using it when we're out camping.  I figured it's worth a try for $13.

Oh nooooo Ted!  Yet *another* way to brew coffee in a Lazy Daze!

This looks interesting. I will need another storage area so I can add this one to my Melitta brew by the cup, French press, regular old percolator,  Mr. Coffee (for those twice a year times we have shore power), the Coleman stove top drip brewer,  and my jar of instant coffee.

Looks interesting.  You might also be interested in an Aeropress.  We love the convenience of the Kcup but when dry camping hate to fire up the generator for a cup of coffee.  The Aeropress makes a great cup of coffee and clean up is simple.  We like it so well we bought a second for use at home.  Couple of video reviews on You Tube.  I use a Hario coffee grinder and it fits over the opening of the Aeropress so I can grind directly into it eliminating the need for the funnel.  A little more expensive then the myjocoffee.  http://www.amazon.com/Aeropress-Coffee-and-Espresso-Maker/dp/B0047BIWSK
