If you want to add extra batteries AGM is the best way because they can live in the interior. Otherwise I would opt for the Trojan T-145's. I have been using them for over 4 years and they still work fine.

The stock batteries are T-105.
You can get the taller, higher capacity T-145 but you will need to remove the sliding battery tray and use a remote watering system.
The best value is the T-105, they are very widely used commercially in all sorts of battery powered equipment .

I currently have 2 Interstate U2200UTL batteries but they are about 6 years old.
Should I go with Trojan or Interstate?

Trojans are widely used and have a very good performance history. I think most posters here would recommend you buy the Trojans, which doesn't mean Interstate is a bad brand.
