Parallax Power Supply running all the time
Yahoo Message Number: 156439
The 13 month wait is over. We missed the mud slide on the Grapevine by one day and took delivery of our 27MB did the walk thru, then off to Las Vegas to sign the out of state delivery. So much to go thru. We have noticed that the Parallax power supply cooling fan constantly is running. Pulled the manual from the stack of all the manuals for the rig and it states that the fan does have to run to cool' but it seems a little excessive.
Washing the few dishes last night and sprung a leak onto the floor. The sink was leaking at the drain onto the floor. I will be calling Todd on Monday morning. The leak is minor but I am concerned about the cooling fan.
Have been impressed with the drive home so far and hope to find anymore bugs before we leave after Christmas for 4 months. On the road home to Bend, OR. John I will hang around for a bit , don't know if I'll have wifi next stop.

The cooling fan running is normal too. When I had the Parallax power supply, the fan in mine ran almost continuously, but the noise was hardly noticeable.  I upgraded my Parallax with a Progressive Dynamics.  The fan runs in it also. It depends on how much 12 volt current is being drawn, and what the ambient temperature is.  I can't hear yours of course, but I wouldn't worry about it unless it is really annoying.
