Can't figure out how to get to %of current price selling price

I'm taking it slowly, as parts of me does not want to do this, but by Summer, I want to sell my 1995 TK.  I got the template for listing, and have been following the messages on "How to buy a used LD", to prepare to sell.  I know there was a recommended selling price list on here someplace, but I can't find it.  Also, not sure how to add to the minimum % when there are added things (Banks, solar, etc).  Can someone guide me to the site and give me some pointers.  Many Thanks  Lodi Lady

This is a text file, but the columns seem to line up better in Microsoft  Wordpad or Microsoft Word than in Notepad.
 The percentages in the 3rd column could be applied any significant options,  but the table was developed without taking options into consideration, so adding  this to the asking price will result in a somewhat high asking price.  You  should consider this to be an opening price for any negotiations.
 If you have problems with getting to the table, post your model and year,  and I can give you the suggested asking price and % of new price.

On the home page of the message board, go to "Files", then the "Buying and Selling" folder, then "2015 LD Asking Prices"; the chart gives suggested asking prices for earlier model years using 2015 new rig prices as the base point.

Beyond the numbers in the chart, the asking price for a rig is ultimately determined mostly by the overall conditions of *all* components, mileage, numbers and types of aftermarket add-ons, and model desirability. There are several additional issues that may factor into a final sale price, e.g., the appeal of any and all interior design modifications beyond the simply "cosmetic", and how much cash a prospective buyer believes s/he will need to put into the rig for upgrades, repairs, and component replacement, e.g., tires.

All one can do is to attempt to price the rig as fairly as possible, and advertise it on as widely and on as many sources as possible with *complete, accurate descriptions and many photos* that are easy for a prospective buyer to check out.
