Depending on how much you want to spend, there are lots of choices out there.
For an automatic roof-mounted dish, I'd recommend the Winegard Trav'ler SK-1000, RV Satellite Antennas - Winegard Trav'ler on Sale - PPL Motor Homes.  Push a button and the dish finds all three satellites by itself.  You can use a DVR with this dish because it's *looking* at all three satellites at the same time and, for the same reason, you can watch two different programs on two different TVs.  This dish will cost you ~$1,500 installed.
For a dome, I'd recommend the Winegard Pathway X2, Winegard Pathway X2 PA-6002 Portable Automatic Satellite Antenna for DISH.  This dome is capable of finding both Eastern Arc satellites and the Western Arc satellites (important if you travel in the Eastern U.S.) and will work with two receivers.  However, since a dome only *sees* one satellite at a time, using a DVR will be more problematic since you will not be able to watch one program while recording another unless those two programs are on the same satellite.  You can buy this dish for around $400.

Alfred, I want to be sure I understand what you are asking.  Dish Network provides Satellite TV.  Many of us have it in our RV's, including me.  Dish Net is different.  Dish Net provides internet access.  If this is what you are after, Dish Network has told me it is not available to RV'ers because it is a Spot Beam service and to preserve bandwidth service for its customers, they need to control how many people they are serving per spot.  As we move around, we would either move out of the spot we are paying for, losing the service, or if they relocated the spot, they could overload a section.  Anyway, that is the way I understood it, but the bottom line is that I could not get it.
