On the road and have lost turn signals and hazard flasher lights..fuses all good Possibly related is an intermittent issue with the ABS / Brake dashboard lights coming on ..but sometimes resetting upon stopping and restarting engine.. not sure if it is related but noticed this just before I realized the turn signals were not working.. All Fuses good...unsuccessful in locating the flasher unit(s) or any good information about them (is there one flasher unit for both? Is it integrated into a "module"? etc.? In my present location near Troy, AL the Ford dealer and all reputable shops with code readers are unable to get to it...any information / recommendations / observations appreciated

Check the ground wires. Found mine behind the rear  bumper. Alum body to rear steel bumper made by a wire on pass side. Not a happy connection one screw through bumper to body all fixed  - good luck.

ABS light issue probably isn't related..that is a pretty common problem.
I can't find where you say what year..

On my '08. the hazard flashers and turn signals operate off a single flasher.  Mine was a pale blue color, located near the left wall and fairly low under the dash, where the side wall meets the firewall.  It was about a 1" cube in size and was floating free, not anchored to the wall.  If you have a bad flasher, that might account for both being out.
