Generator Oil Found In Air Filter

Have a Onan 4000 generator, Model 4KYFA26100K with 150 hrs. LD is 2010.  I keep finding oil from the generator in the air filter.  It appears to be coming from the blower tube.  The air filter is not soaked, but enough oil gets in to leak out from the bottom of the air filter housing to make a mess.

I read this this normal on this generator and then I read it's not?  What is the experience of others here?
