My old GPS is looking for a new home

Andy suggested that I post this in the Buying/Selling area, but I am not selling.  I am giving.  Andy, I hope this is ok.  If not, and you need to move it, do so.

I just upgraded to a new GPS.  My old GPS could be used by someone.  It is  Garmin Street Pilot 7200.
Pros - It has a large screen, 7" diagonally.  Its simplified menu of commands make it simpler to use than the more complex newer devices.  It would be a good trial or learning tool for a new user.
Cons - It has an out-of-date 2009 map set.  Its large size may make picking a good placement that will not block your view a challenge.  It will work marginally with a cab overhang with a metal roof, but may often lose satellite reception unless an external antenna is added.  Testing that, without connecting to my external antenna, it "saw" three satellites.  That is the minimum for navigation.  With the antenna, it was seeing five and six.  It should be ok in a Class A, in a Class C with a fiberglass roof, or in a car, without adding an antenna.

If you, or if you know someone, who has not used a GPS but is interested in learning about them, this would be a good starter device.  If someone wants it, the only cost will be the cost of shipping.  I would rather give it to someone than toss it in a dumpster.  If you want it, it will come with two mount options, the needed cords, the manual, and the City Navigator Map set on DVD.

It goes to the first taker.  Respond to kfears70s at gmail dot com.

Sorry folks - it's found a new home.  I got a response a few minutes after I posted the offer.
