Joe Hamm, aka 'bagmanhamm', a frequent contributor to our LD message board, passed away from heart failure last Friday night.

Joe was always helpful, generous in sharing his time, skills, and experience, and whatever the situation, he always had a ready quip that showed his quiet, droll sense of humor. He will be missed.

Indeed, he will be missed.  It was always a treat to read his posts, even apart from the useful information.  There was just something appealing about them.  I was always glad to see his name come up on my screen.

Virtual hugs,

Judie

I recall meeting him at the Morro Bay GTG; I recall he had a green LD and parked next to me on a couple of our trips.  He was fun and energetic and always quick to lend a helping hand or idea.  He will be missed by many who were blessed to have met him.

That's sad news. He and his wife attended many Yahoo and Caravan Club GTGs Joe has been on the forum for around ten years....sigh.
Must be a tremendous shock for his wife.

Wow, what a loss!
We really liked seeing Joe at the Morro Bay gatherings and at LD caravans.
He was always very upbeat and friendly.

Joe was such a happy guy, and a great couple  with Karen. We enjoyed spending time with them at the Balloon Fiesta.

Our hearts go out to his family.
