Anyone know where I can find it? Mine has shrunk and now overlaps the bottom corner.

The best way to locate the area the noise is coming from is to put the rig on a rack or stands and run it in place.    Not recommended unless you know what you are doing.
If could be a carrier bearing, as mentioned, or a whole slew of other possibilities.
Some of them are bad pinion bearings, differential carrier bearings, or gears that are wearing.
A bad axle bearing can also make a similar noise, although it will usually change pitch in corners.
Many times a rear axle will make noise for its entire life due to the gear machining or inexact assembly.
If it is a bearing letting go, it will get worse, sometimes very quickly.
Get your LD looked at by a good mechanic to end the speculation.  .
If the axle needs work, find a shop that specializes in differentials,  rather than a general purpose repair shop. They will have the  specialized tools and, better still, a lot of experience in setting up  the gears, much more than a GP repair shop.  A slight mistake in setting  the gears can cause a lifetime of noise or an axle that wears  quickly.
Setting differentials is a precise skill that takes a long time to get good at, it's almost an art. Unlike the repair of most auto parts, setting differentials, beside using precision measuring instruments,  requires making judgement calls on how the gear mesh pattern looks once the axle is assembled. You look for particular patterns on both drive and coast side of the ring gear. If it's off, either the pinion or carrier bearings will need different shims. It can take many trials to get it right, a task that requires time, patience and experience.
Picking who rebuild your engine, transmission or rear axle should be like picking your surgeon, you want the best available, not the cheapest. It's too easy to screw it up.

Have you tried an auto glass company or one that specializes in RV glass, such as Hehr?
I was lucky that our 1983 LD's front window never leaked. If it had, I was ready to permanently eliminate the problem by covering the entire window with sheet aluminum, not wanting the light, heat and/or cold in the bunk area. The front windows caused nothing but problems and LD wisely eliminated them in 1990.
