31 TB

I am interested in purchasing a 31 TB. I currently have a SOB 27' and want a bit more room. Any help on the following questions would be appreciated:

1. I understand it comes with the entertainment center in the cabover. Is the area above the driver and passenger seat cutout sufficiently so access in/out of those seats is as good as the ones with the cabover bed? (I am 6'4" tall).
2. Does the driver's seat extend far enough back to provide good legroom while driving?
3. Where is the spare tire located?
4. How does this length unit compare in road handling with one of the 27' LD's?
5. Is the single 15,000 BTU AC unit adequate for this length unit? Is the air distribution good throughout the coach?
6. Are the twin beds difficult to make up because of interference with the night stand between them?
7. Is a tv available in the bedroom?

Thanks in advance for your help.

I am 6'4" also. I have no problem getting from the driver's seat of our 2000 30' IB to the rest of the coach. I have not owned any other LD model, so I  can't compare.

Yes. Legroom is not a problem.

AC could be better. The absolute best you can expect is a 20 degree drop from the outside temperature.

1. The overhead is not at all restrictive. I am 6' and have not trouble getting into the living space from the drivers seat.
2. There is nothing stopping the drivers seat from a full back position.
3. The spare is located in the rear storage compartment on the street side.
4.have owned a 26.5 and a 30. You have to be more careful when turning, other than that the 30 is very easy to drive.
5. During the summer in hot weather the dash AC keeps us quite comfortable on the road. No problems to report.
6. The beds are easier to make in the TB than in the MB. But they are a bit of a challenge.
7. There is no TV provided in the rear of the TB. That is not to say one could not be installed there on the closet wall.
