Hi!

I've used this technique for my stick house for over 30 years.   Here is what you do:

If the shade won't roll up,
1. Pull it all the way down, remove it from the bracket on one side, leaving the pin in on the other side.
2. Carefully re-roll it tightly, keeping the edges straight.
3. Replace end into bracket
4. Repeat until you get it re-rolled tight enough.

If it won't roll down, you'll need to take it all the way down, un-roll it and re-roll it.
