Water heater switch blows fuse
Yahoo Message Number: 142033
Hi Jan. The output wire going from the water heater switch to the  water heater (provides 12v dc to the water heater) is shorted to ground  somewhere along the line. Most likely right at the back of the switch. The  terminals aren't well insulated and there could be other wires from the monitor  panel, light and fan, etc in the same vicinity. Disconnecting the wire at  the water heater to see if the fuse still blows, verifies that it isn't the  water heater. Everything else connected to that fuse should work normally with the water heater switch off. No recent nails in the walls or floor right? You need to remove the switch panel from the stove vent front to  visually inspect the wiring. That's where I would continue trouble shooting.  Hope this helped some. RonB
