Fixer-upper for sale in Denver area

I spotted an '84 beige front lounge Chevy in a yard in Arvada, CO (suburb of Denver) for sale. 303-482-6946. It's in rough-looking shape on the outside - paint faded. Having driven by this property over the last 8 years, I know the LD has sat outside uncovered and appears never to have been driven much (if any) until moved to the for sale spot in the front of the house.

Sounds like a real find.
 The gem shown below lives a few blocks away from us and has sat for a minimum of 18 years without moving. Once upon a time it had a blue tarp over the top but it disappeared many years ago.

And they probably want the same price they did 18 years ago. "Lightly Used.." After all it is a highly desirable Laze Daze....
 I shouldn't be so snide it is probably someones dream. We should never steel a dream it is what keeps some going...
