removal of entire batwing mount

My batwing is leaking and I want to remove the entire thing, not just the partial removal that has been described here. Can anyone describe how to remove the entire setup or point me to a post that does?

I have it off and covered with duct tape until I get a plate for the hole. I had to break the handle as the allen set screw was frozen
